However, if those who have and who give to those who have not also participate in activities that produce great harm, they are entitled to be b e judged harshly for THOSE endeavors.

The guy who spends all week working at the soup kitchen feeding the homeless and hungry, but who then goes home on the weekends and kills puppies, does not get a free pass for the latter activity.
