These 3 payments were known about for years, and disclosed prior. The records show they happened when Joe was not in office, and Hunter was struggling with his drug addiction and financial problems and could not get a loan to buy a pick up truck. So Joe, being a good dad, bought the truck and let his son make the payments to him instead of making them to a bank, as would be the normal procedure.

Comer knew this but 'released this as if a new finding' because he knows Fox and other right derp media will report only his initial claim and never provide the info about it being a truck loan.
