It isn't just extra votes. The logic presented is pure Dixie. His "plan" is consistent with one person-one vote, because everyone still gets one vote! It's just that people who make more money get "extra" votes. It's all very equal & democratic.
 
If we had to do it by class it should be for the rich because rich people are more important than poor people.
 
Hey, if you could put up with four years of it you could guarantee that no conservative would ever be elected again.
