Trump Exempts Apple, Nvidia, Dell, Super Micro, Other Tech Giants From Huge Tariffs

Joe Biden - "Time to put Trump in the bullseye."
Trump is really backtracking on these tariffs as both the bond and stock markets are in trouble. I say hell with tariffs - your job is to get the damn illegals out of america.

april 12 2025 Apple, Nvidia, Dell Technologies, Taiwan Semiconductor, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Super Micro Computer and other technology product makers won a huge exemption from President Donald Trump's "reciprocal" tariffs. That could be good news for tech stocks and the broader market on Monday.
Smartphones, laptops, PCs, servers, memory chips, flat-panel displays, solar cells and hard drives are exempt from the additional 125% tariff on Chinese goods and 10% baseline levy on imports from other countries, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection announced late Friday. The electronics products still face a 20% tariff on Chinese goods imposed earlier this year.
It's the latest sign that President Trump is bending to market and political backlash over his high tariffs. On Wednesday, Trump paused most of the so-called reciprocal tariffs that took effect hours earlier. The 10% baseline tariff remained while he hiked tariffs on Chinese goods to 145%.

Lots of chatter about how the economic system was destabilized and in danger so Trump backed down, but I have not heard this well explained, I have also not heard it from someone I trust.

Canada , FORD, puts one day surcharge on Electric from Canada and it brings them in $260.000 for ONE day.
That would cost US consumers 7,800,000 a month, 94,900,000 a year, 94,900,000 they won't have to pay their bills buy food or put a roof over their heads.
Will this get Trump's attention?
I am sure it is going to get the AMERICAN consumers of that electricity's attention and fast.
Will they still back Trump and his tariffs or will they start complaining to him and tell him to stop the Tariff Bull Shit?
I guess we will have to wait and see.
IF it doesn't maybe Ford will have to do it for a few days longer, or just shut it off for a day or two that will get their attention.
I don't want to see anybody hurt by this but Trump has to be wakened up.
And remember that is ONLY on the electric from Ontario, what would it be if it was on ALL electric we import from Canada?
