Trump Files Motion to Overturn New York Convictions

Of course the evidence was taken when he was in the White House which taints the evidence.

He denies misadventures with the porn star and so did she, once.

Following the S.C. ruling on immunity yesterday, Trump has immunity.

Is it an official act when he takes a crap in the WH? Not likely. It is the nature of the act he performs rather than where he performs it that
determines if the act is official.

Marty, Marty, Marty.

What did the Supreme Court say about immunity?
The court's conservative majority said former presidents have absolute immunity from prosecution for official acts that fall within their “exclusive sphere of constitutional authority” and are presumptively entitled to immunity for all official acts. They do not enjoy immunity for unofficial, or private, actions.

I believe that even a person as dense as you would agree that taking a crap is a "private action."

Poor Marty.

Well, thank you shit-for-brains. The point that keeps eluding you is the fact that evidence comes from his time as President doesn't make an act official as you just said without appearing to understand it. Trump will need to prove his "acts" in relation to silencing Stormy were official. That seems a bit iffy.

NDAs are not a crime in the first place, which was done BEFORE he was POTUS

Multiple Constitutional violations in the case and trial/

You missed this point entirely, Marty:

The ruling severely hampers Special Counsel Jack Smith’s efforts to prosecute Trump ahead of the election by remanding several key questions back to the lower courts while outright rejecting other claims made by the DOJ. To be clear, we only ended up in this precarious position because Democrats decided to use law-fare to target their political opponent, forcing the Supreme Court’s hand to answer such a question.

Trump denies the affair with a porn star and so did she, once.

Poor, poor Marty.

Elections are not the business of the President, they are the business of the States. He has no official capacity as President regarding elections.

Now you're being unserious and just flailing.
Absurdity; the last desperate refuge for the ignorant, the dishonest and the stupid.

 Doesn't think he has shit for brains.

The point you will never comprehend due to your severe lack of intelligence is that the case should never have been taken except for a hyper partisan part time judge with a massive chip on his shoulder.

Trump will need to prove his "acts" in relation to silencing Stormy were official. That seems a bit iffy.

NDAs are not illegal. Accounting for attorney fees as attorney fees is not illegal. The accounting entry argument ran far past the statute of limitations. The NDA was done long before Trump entered office.

Trump denies that any tryst occurred. Stormy stated in a letter a tryst never occurred. Yet here you are banging your tiny little insignificant little fists on the table demanding it happened.

Just stop already, you look stupid enough.

Elections are not the business of the President, they are the business of the States. He has no official capacity as President regarding elections.

Presidential elections are a federal issue run by the states. The FEC already indicated there were no violations here.

Of course you, being a shrill lemming with the IQ of a thumb tack, lack the intelligence to comprehend the OBVIOUS. :palm:

Supreme Court thinks it is too hard to explain.
