Peace in Ukraine is a central objective of the Trump administration. The President is bringing together the combatants to hammer out a peace agreement. On Saturday, Vladimir Putin made remarks that Vlodimir Zalenskyy should resign if he wants peace.

The angered and frustrated President Trump who called the remarks highly inappropriate and contrary to the goal of reaching a peace settlement. President Trump said that he is going to put a 25% tariff on Russian oil and petroleum exports. The President will cripple the Russian economy if he takes this move. Putin must comply or this will only be the start of sanctions placed on his country.

Alastair Crooke just said on Judge Nap that he thinks Trump is in a snit because Putin the other day (at the sub launch I think) said that Russia is breaking down the NATO army, and indicated that if the Imperial Empire refuses to make a deal maybe they will keep driving to Odessa and so on.

America's honor is great. Trump place heavy sanctions on Russia before. Bought and Paid For Biden, who had taken bribes from Putin for 40 years, lifted those sanctions as soon as he was installed.

Lifting those sanctions was what allowed Putin to fund his latest invasion of Ukraine, so that War Pigs like @archives could have a replacement Forever War® after losing Afghanistan.

Trump will have peace, or Putin will pay the price. Putin knows this, Trump punished him before. And he can't just buy Trump the way he bought Biden.

OMG, look, Trump says he'll put a 25% tariff on Russian goods if putin doesn't come around to agree on a peace treaty. Russia's
economy is already in shatters, so Trump putting a 25% tariff on Russia will only further weaken Russia. Trump also said that nations buying
oil from Russia will also get a 25% tariff, and that would include India. Again, only Trump can bring an end to biden's Ukraine/Russian war.
Trump closing down Nordstream 2 pipeline again will also handcuff Putin/Russia as well. BTW, biden opening Nordstream 2 was just
another reason why he was responsible for the Ukraine Russian war, and why Iran grew from their reliance on Russian oil.

So long as Trump keeps pretending that this is between Russia and Ukraine he is nowhere.

He is having a lot of trouble with the fact this his BS does not fly with the Russians....who demand what they have always wanted.....the end of NATO aggression against it and the end of the abuse of Russian speakers in Ukraine.

TRump will reverse his policies re shipping arms to Ukraine as well; just Putin stepping on his own dick again.

Trump brought Russia to their knees economically during his first term. Obama's meat puppet Joe lifted the sanctions on Russia so that Putin could fund this war. The war pig democrats are desperate for war to keep the MIC rolling.

Putin knows what's coming if he doesn't cooperate.

Yep, Zelenskyy is cooperating, Putin is not. I agree that arms shipments will resume. Which will put the board Stalinists in an awkward position. They have to be outraged by everything Trump does, so @AProudLefty and the others will have to melt down over Trump resuming weapons shipments. Meh, the hive doesn't care about contradiction and hypocrisy., and it's not like the drones actually think.
