The 34 charges Donald J. Trump is facing in a Manhattan courtroom are for falsifying business records tied to a hush-money payment to a porn star, Stormy Daniels. All are Class E felonies, the lowest category of felonies in New York, and each count carries a maximum prison sentence of four years.

The judge presiding over Mr. Trump’s trial, Juan M. Merchan, has made it clear that he takes white-collar crime seriously and could throw Mr. Trump behind bars. If the former president were to be convicted of more than one count, it is likely that Justice Merchan would impose a concurrent sentence, under which Mr. Trump would serve all prison time simultaneously.

As Trump appeared to doze off in court, his social media feed on Truth Social was active in describing himself as being victimized by the proceedings and insisting he's entitled to immunity in a federal case charging him with illegally trying to overturn the 2020 election.

Recall that the Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments next week on Trump’s immunity claims. Trump had expressed interest in attending the hearing in Washington, but Justice Merchan told him he had to be in court in Manhattan for this trial.

Sleepy Turd is so old he cant stay awake. Cuz he stays up all night breaking the conditions of pre-trial release.

Trump is repeatedly breaking the rules of the court. He always gets preferential treatment and cries because it is not enough. Try that in court and see what happens to you. At no point is Daffy Donald mistreated. He always gets special treatment. His complaint is he is above the law as he sees it. He thinks he has always had immunity and wants the Supremes to make it law.
If the court does that, Biden can have Seal Team 6 kill Trump and be immune from charges.
