1) they don't have one shred of clinical evidence or proof that Biden even suffers from dementia,
2) neither they nor Kamala Harris is a licensed clinical psychologist or medical doctor qualified to make such a diagnosis and
3) HIPPA laws prevent Harris and anyone else other than Biden and his physician from knowing any diagnosis of any medical condition he might have.
This is just another in a never ending saga of sleazy, low-ball, gutter politics propaganda that the right routinely engages in because they know their voter base is stupid and gullible enough to swallow it like they swallow everything else for Trump.
