Trump's voting rights order targets anybody who's 'not white,'

Donald Trump's new executive order aimed at tightening up election administration has triggered a wave of concern among voting-rights advocates who say it will likely make casting a ballot harder for millions of American citizens.

Trump's order gives the federal government unusually broad power to dictate how elections are managed, a process that's typically run by county-level officials and overseen by secretaries of state.

Conservative activists welcomed Trump's order as a necessary step to ensuring the sanctity of American elections, though studies have consistently shown that very few non-citizens cast illegal ballots.

Argument from ignorance. This claim has been repeatedly made by Progressive Leftists and Democrats yet it has never come true or been proven to actually happen.

State and local governments cannot dictate how federal elections are held. In Arizona, for example, there are two concurrent voter registration systems in use. The first is a state-run system that requires anyone registering to vote to prove their citizenship, residency, etc. The second is "federal only" where someone can register to vote on a signature attesting that they are a citizen without proof of anything. This second system is the one currently in use by the federal government nationwide.

Trivial objections fallacy. This is a subset of the ad hominem fallacy. In essence you are arguing that because there is no proof of major election fraud by non-citizens voting, there is no need to verify the citizenship of someone registering to vote.

It has happened over and over. The reds calculated that a big turnout hurts them, so they have spent decades cutting voting rights and access. Remember caging lists? The reds will be even more restrictive of likely Dem voters in the future. Preventing a targeted group of voters from voting is in the Republican plans, as usual.

The Orange Jesus and the DOGE Bros are seeking to rig the 2026 and 2028 elections.

When did this jackass become president?

I'll ask you like I've asked every other idiot leftist, if people aren't required to prove who they are when they vote how can you determine if voter fraud is taking place?
He's dead, Yak. He also founded the Heritage Foundation, the source of Trump's 2025 Project. He wasn't elected any more than your hero, Elon Musk.

States determine most of the voter regulations. Then cannot change the date. https://usafacts.org/articles/how-do-voting-laws-differ-by-state/
