Donald Trump is vowing to appeal a court decision that is virtually unappealable, legal experts told the Washington Post Monday.

He can appeal the conviction, but not the trial date. "defendants can’t challenge most other pretrial actions until a trial is done."

Mostly, it appears that he simply wants to push back all of his trial dates until after November 2024 in hopes that he can pardon himself....which only works on Federal crimes, not State.

Sounds to me like Trump is delusional.

I believe he is, indeed, mentally unbalanced to the point of being delusional. The fact he keeps going through so many lawyers is evidence of this condition. He keeps cycling lawyers in hopes one will tell him "everything will be okay". Instead, they are being realistic and telling him to plead guilty and cut a deal.

Remember his ghost-written book "The Art of the Deal"?
