Consumer in the U.S. drove 100 billion fewer miles over the past year, according to a government report.


Coincidentally this year's temperature has been cooler then normal for much of the country.

it would be interesting to see a study in cities that had the biggest decline in driving. I dont think global warming would be effected either buy maybe regionally less smog from exhaust would have an effect.
