Because blacks continue to not measure up....hispanics as well.

This is not about money....it is about IQ and intestinal fortitude....the willingness to do the work.

SATs favor students who pay fucking attention in school. Apparently, that's "racist" in Left Goofyworld. Non-white students can also take the test more than once.

Are you saying that non- whites are not only too stupid to know how to register to vote, vote, use the internet, but they are also too stupid to pass standardized tests?
