Harris has said that she did not pass the exam on her first attempt, but she later passed and was admitted to the California Bar the year after she finished law school.

This is probably when she started her false claim about being black. She knew after she flunked the test that if she claimed blackness, she would get the benefit of affirmative action grading.

Trump, as he usually is, was misleading and dishonest, yes, she did fail the bar exam the first time she took it, but than she passed it on the second attempt, Trump implied she never passed the test in his failure to mention the second test
 
I see this as largely a non-issue. Lots of law students fail their bar exam on the first try. After all, they're largely idiots so failing an exam would be a normal thing to have happen.

My guess is that many fools see Kamala as 100% white, but even with fools, most would see her as mixed race.

This "she looks 100% white" isn't going to sell except to fools. Make that FOOLS.
