revisit its decision to throw out the state’s sodomy law.

Cuccinelli’s office filed a petition with the U.S. Court of Appeals on March 26.
A three-panel judge had ruled against a section of Virginia’s “Crimes Against Nature”
statute, which outlawed non-vaginal sex which the court ruled was unconstitutional.

The problem with “parties” is they’re always filled with nuts and drunks.

“The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”(Amendment 9, United States Constitution)

The only possible disclaimer to that guarantee can be “unless an alleged/perceived right of action violates a right of somebody else.” Whatever is agreeable among adults, that violates no rights of others is constitutionally guaranteed.

Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli is a fucking whack-job! He must be a neo-con Republican, huh? The Tea Party better sort those morons out of their camp, they’re giving them a bad name.

How many gays, heterosexuals or anybody does anybody know that engages only in vaginal sex? There’s no law prohibiting soaping it up in a tub or shower as long and fast as it takes.
