There are two prongs to what the government can do to end this senseless gun violence our culture is facing.
1) Is better more effective Common Sense Gun Control.

2) Better and more effective mental health care.
We are forgetting about the mental health componant. A major study should be commissioned to determine what we can do to prevent these people from being harmfull to society, what we can do to help these people and prevent them from becoming homocidal maniacs. Some intervention needed to happen for this killer before he killed. It appears his family was in over thre heads with no effective outside help.
