Obama has been compiling a list of 200 Bush executive orders, pertaining to the enviroment, reproductive rights (this will include the very harmful global gag order) and stem cell research, that he will rescind.
And, John Podesta today informed Fox news, that yeah, would't you know it, but Obama was aware that Bush can continue to issue executive orders on his way out the door, was watching them, and they'd be rescinded too.
