Its good, the only specific disagreement I would have is that a ski mask is not always Reasonable suspicion, especially if its cold outside.

Additionally, these are general elementary exploitations, but enforcement and court rulings differ greatly by jurisdiction. What will be considered Reasonable suspicion in Palm Beach county is very different than what is considered RS in Martin County.

Also, always that police can and do LIE. They will lie to you in the investigation, and sadly some will lie to the Court during your prosecution. It is human nature to want to believe a police officer over an unknown citizen.
