What is the bigger story?

The Mississippi election is a huge story, especially given all the money and resources republicans put into that lose.

The Clinton win is another show at the circus.

It seems no matter what the R's do they are loosing.

They better find the combination to a win before November if they want to be relevant!

It seems as if polls are completely meaningless this time around, because Republicans simply aren’t turning out to vote, and the Democratic vote is totally energized.

Can the dems get enough of a majority in congress to override a presidential veto if McSame does get in there due to the October fearmongering campaign?

We'd all better hope another 9/11 isn't in their plans.

Without 9/11 Bush would have been in single digits in support long ago.

The Republican Party is imploding.

McGoldwater will be easy.

The democrats will have big majorities in the House and Senate.

The question is .. what to do with all that power.

If the DLC has control, they'll do the same thing they've been doing .. nothing.

Historically, when one party gets so much powerl, it leads to infighting and dissapointment in results compared to expetations. It seems most gets done when one party has a moderate majority, but not a supermajority.

I agree, but the democrats will have a supermajority .. thank you George Bush and everyone who supported him.

The infighting among the democrats has already begun and has broken out into all-out warfare.
