The guy in that video is an idiot. Neely wasn't apprehended by the police. A passenger on the train, and from the video, assisted by several other passengers, took him down and in doing so ended up killing him. Did they intend to? I doubt it. Like in the video above, where you see people trying to fend off and stop that naked insano, they wanted to stop him from attacking other people.
When the police did show up, it was in force and they used numbers to subdue him. The average group of people has no such advantage of numbers as they are not acting of like mind. That is, the police show up and act as a group with the intention to produce a certain outcome. Random people don't do that normally. That's why the police even when outnumbered can successfully deal with rioters, for example.
So, the tard on the video doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about.
