Here's a look at a situation that can happen (and has) anywhere in the USA. It can happen in any neighborhood regardless of economic status. The POINT here is how police respond. Check it out:

The guy in that video is an idiot. Neely wasn't apprehended by the police. A passenger on the train, and from the video, assisted by several other passengers, took him down and in doing so ended up killing him. Did they intend to? I doubt it. Like in the video above, where you see people trying to fend off and stop that naked insano, they wanted to stop him from attacking other people.
When the police did show up, it was in force and they used numbers to subdue him. The average group of people has no such advantage of numbers as they are not acting of like mind. That is, the police show up and act as a group with the intention to produce a certain outcome. Random people don't do that normally. That's why the police even when outnumbered can successfully deal with rioters, for example.
So, the tard on the video doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about.

1. Your first sentence is a moot point.
2. No one said Neely was apprehended by the police. The staff of the gym were able to remove this nut WITHOUT killing him. This video refers to the FACT that in recent history you've have a plethora of black perpetrators of such crime killed by police....not to mention black folk WHO WERE FAR LESS A THREAT OR NO THREAT AT ALL TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC OR ARRESTING OFFICERS. This guy was chased down by the cops, having several altercations (one resulting in a taser use) before the arrest. He didn't die on his way to the hospital or police detention.
THAT'S how it should be done across the country.
As to the rest of your screed: Again, your opinion, supposition and conjecture are meaningless until the actual trial where ALL the video will be shown in context to the cross examination of witnesses AND the two guys who "assisted" Perry when Neely was down.
And remember, the call into the police was pertaining to a person having a mental crisis, NOT an unnamed person assaulting/harming various people.
As usual what drives you to distraction is the you can't honestly dissect and discuss anything that interferes with your world view. That makes YOU the "tard", my friend. Carry on.
