A lot can happen in 7 months, but I do not see any of that "lot" being good for Republicans. They could do some insane cheating, but then it would be obvious to the majority of Americans that they are cheating.

The only possible solution for Republicans I see if the slight chance that trump will turn this all around.

Trump is resilient, few can come back from such as “grabbing pussy” in just weeks to win the election, and don’t underestimate the “insane cheating,” Americans wouldn’t even know it was happening till after the fact and too late

For some, his creepiness comes off as honesty. To me it just means that what he is hiding is even sicker than what he is showing(which is very sick).

As long as he keeps pretending to hate those his base hates they will support him regardless, he is the vehicle for their grievance populism, even though nearly everything he has done is nearly the exact opposite of favoring populism
