I'm watching Rachel Maddow (totally awesome, btw), and she just cited some polls showing that Grandpa's approval among white women is now lower than where it was before he picked palin.


Justice!

It was the latest CBS poll. Here are the results, and they are pretty remarkable:

Obama now also leads McCain among women, a group that favored McCain by five points in polling taken just after the Republican convention, where Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin became the second woman ever to be nominated to a major party ticket.

Obama leads McCain 54 percent to 38 percent among all women. He holds a two point edge among white women, a 21 percentage point swing in Obama's direction from one week ago.

Obama went from losing by 5 points among women to leading by 16 points and among white women went from losing by 19 points to leading by 2 points.
 
Hmm maybe the holy crusade attitude about the Iraq war and women not wanting their babies to be cannon fodder.

Hello God, it's me, Darla. God, please help me not to kill Cawacko. It would be wrong, and anyway, it's not his fault that he is this clueless. It's some sort of birth defect. If I close my eyes really tight and think of good things can you help me out by removing the image of my hands around his throat, squeezing harder and harder, God?

It has a lot to do with her policies. A story that probably escaped a lot of men's attention, especially Cawacko's, was the one about her town when she was Mayor, charging women for rape kits. That's the kind of thing that can really get "chicks" going. I have been saying since I checked into her that she is aggressive, anti-women policies, slapped onto a female face.

Surely we all know women who are smart, sharp, quick, and who you don't fool very easily? I mean for you guys besides Cawacko, who don't get all of your interaction with females via youporn and girls gone wild? There must be some of you, right? You might know that most of us, don't spend our time spanking each other, and walking in on each other while showering and deciding, hey, we should soap each other up, and maybe that guy over there wants to watch?

Well, those women, real, live, thinking women? They caught on.
