Who do we owe on National Debt?

I know, but want others to search. We should all care about this. It's not a party topic just like "healthcare" isn't a party topic.
 
The proper question isn't "WHO" do we owe the National Debt to? But "WHAT" do we owe the National Debt to? The answer is elementary! We owe the National Debt to "THE FAITH & CREDIT OF THE UNITED STATES."

But just think! The majority of the Democrats in Congress voted in favor of the unconstitutional resolution that gave congressional proxy to the Bushwhacker to start the fucking Iraq war and since Obama has been in the White House He’s continued all of the Bushwhacker’s wars and even signed on to the Bush tax cuts and favorably maintains most of them yet today. And just think the whole time the Bushwhacker was in office the bastard Democrats told us the Bush tax cuts were ”TAX CUTS FOR THE WEALTHY.” Turned out Obama and them bastard Democrats have extend most of those tax cuts to "THE WEALTHY", huh? Oh wait! Maybe most of them tax cuts were for the average American tax payer and the bastard Democrats lied, huh?
