why can't billy and ila follow dpp rules?

When you put a discussion in the wrong location, Billy will screw with the name instead of just deleting it. He hopes people will take the hint. He does it to everyone, and it's often funny, until it happens to you.
 
ILA will often make a trolling post, and ban just about everyone he's flaming from it. Legion troll did that as well.
 
Also, ILA has no modding power. I changed your name and I closed your thread. Consider yourself lucky I chose not to edit it further, I was in a good mood.
