Would anybody use a "lightweight" style if they were using a mobile device?

I can load a mobile style (it would have a link to the regular site so you could access normally if you chose) that has less images, etc. But I'd like to know if anybody would use it?

Might be good, although I must say the constant images and videos on this site are a pain in the arse.... in my very humble 'oppin onion.
