Good article. From what is there, I would say that Cabrera and Kendrick should be suspended at this point, pending an investigation.

It appears Bush's "pal" is actually Jacksons "pal". So that is a bit of spin on your part.

It appears Gambles contract stated his non-profit firm was to receive the property pending the non-profit live up to the contract on another development. So on that point, I guess we will have to wait and see if the contract terms were met. If they were not met, then Greene was correct and Cabrera and Kendrick should be fired.

If they were met, then we need to know what Greene's reasoning was for not living up to agreement. Then appropriate action taken pending the results.
