No, he did not. Highgrove House is still owned by the Prince of Wales, as it has for 40 years. Or more specifically, it is owned by the Duchy of Cornwall which is given to whoever the Prince of Wales is.

King Charles III would have no right to sell it. By definition, he is the King, and not the Duke of Cornwall. The Duchy passed to the Prince of Wales when he became King.
