Did they agree to bring back the uptick? I hadn't heard that. And the letter is dated yesterday and reads as though it was written before the SEC announced the new enforcement on naked short selling.

Don't let that get in the way of your baseless criticism though.

This whole not being able to sell unless you bought on an uptick thing baffles me. Isn't that interfering with people making a profit?
