It is whatever is convenient to say, The Dem's stayed away from using "tax", though it was argued(solicitor General) it was/could be a tax before SCOTUS.
Prior it was not a tax, now it is. presto chango. I just want clarity, so what's next? The Commerce Clause hyperextension is clipped. great.
But now we got new taxes. Which begs the question "by what other means will Federal taxes be created?
Since it doesn't SEEM to need to originate in the HOuse ( legitimate argument's on proceedure) Congress has found a whole new way to make a new tax.
Thru reconcilliation.

And when the taxes are determined to not be enough to cover what it's supposed to; what do you think the Feds will do with the tax?
They're going to make a determination that they need to RAISE THE TAX.

To use an analogy let's say the tax payer is a husband and the IRS is the wife. While the husband does not have to put the garbage out or cut the lawn we can rest assured he will eventually be persuaded to do so.

YOU said it was a tax?! I just listened to a 10 minute montage of "progressives" calling this thing a PENALTY or a FINE! Calling it anything BUT a tax!! George Stephenopolis actually READ THE DEFINITION OF "TAX" OUT OF THE DICTIONARY, AND OBAMA HIMSELF STILL DENIED IT WAS A TAX!!! Bottom line? Obama LIED to every American, but it was the stupid "progressives" (of both parties)that fell for it.
