"They (the Supreme Court) found Congress has no authority to do this under the commerce clause... not the mandate... not the penalty... not the general funding for the program! Not a fucking BIT of it can be done using the commerce clause, the states can't be compelled to pay for it with their Medicare funds, and the Feds can't steal money from Medicare to pay for this... which essentially means, the ONLY way it can constitutionally exist, is as a tax pursuant to Congress' ability to tax."

Sure.

USFreeDUMB, SmarterThanFew, PiMP, RacistX, etc...

PMP has already said as much. He is wrong that the mandate and not tge penalty is the tax but he is not dumb enough to go with Dixie's lie!

Didn't PiMP deny he was mistaken?

Yes, but about the mandate itself being a tax. He never made the claim that Dixturd is making. I think he knows Dix is wrong so he is avoiding the subject, much like they are ignoring this thread.

I'm not qualified to answer this question Jarod. I'm neither an attourney or insane.

is anyone dumb enough to repeat an argument on this thread that's already going on three other places?......besides, Jarod, I mean?.....

To answer the question, yes... Jarod is dumb enough for anything.

No, Jarod is the only retard that does this with such frequency. He is too fucking retarded to keep the argument in the thread it was already in. He always feels the need to start multiple threads on the same topic.

So, most of the Con wack jobs have weighed in here, not a single one agreeing with Dixturd.

Dixie, lets give it some more time, but it looks like you truely are alone!
