Whether it was before or afterthese laws is irrelevant. It, and the other studies, show that Americans use guns to defend themselves far more often than they are used to murder someone.


Also, your links simply look at the numbers of deaths. They say nothing about the circumstances. For all those articles tell us, there could have been 35 instances of people defending against armed suspects attempting to murder them. In fact, whether the shootings were justified or not seems irrelevant to the author of those articles.

Hey, just pointing out the facts. In Yurtworld, I can't point out an individual double-standard that anyone on the left might have in a specific instance, without agreeing with your endless posting about widespread, generalized double-standards among the left & the media, and how Obama has escaped the criticism that poor, persecuted Bush got.

I guess that's how a simplistic brain works, though.

You must be kidding....I remember reading somewhere that Obama from time to time surfs the net, on opposition sites to see what grass roots opposition says about him...I don't remember a time in history we have ever had such a thin skinned doofuss in office.
