Romney says he would go after extremists. Well that shouldn't be too expensive. He could start with Utah, the centre of Mormonism, then cut into Americas own extremists. 50% of Americans believe the world to be no more than 6000 years old. How much more extreme can you be? Then he could attack the evangelists. It is not possible to be a moderate and believe that you should spend all your energies insisting that other people change their lives and believe in fairies.
Sort out your own extremists first.

I disagree; because to me it looks like Obama is playing the apologist for his time in office, over what he has and hasn't done.

perhaps, but i think most people are going to see him attacking romney on the issues. romney is not really attacking obama on the issues, he is delivering platitudes.

I don't see Obama attacking.
To me it looks like he's trying to explain why he did what he did.

Body language says a lot and to me, Obama looks tense, his blinking is rapid, he has looked away several times (when his overseas dealings have been addressed) and several times he's swallowed really hard.

Romney is doing better than I expected actually. It's difficult when you are so close on something to define a real difference.
