Voters in PA greeted today by Panthers, Murals

Hey Dix, can you give me a cite for that law?

Also, too, can you explain how opening the door for people and greeting them is "intimidation?"

Thanks in advance.

No, I am not going to run around finding links to prove a federal election law that has been the law for years. If you are so pathetically stupid that you don't know this, you wouldn't likely be able to comprehend the legal language anyway. But trust me, shithead, it's HIGHLY ILLEGAL!

Just an FYI, electioneering activities are governed by state, not federal law.

If they don't allow both parties to observe the polling, as is required by state law, then the entire result from that polling station should be thrown out.

While I do agree there should not be a mural of a candidate with their slogan in a polling place, does anyone actually believe someone who was going to vote for someone other than Obama will see the mural and say:

'Oh shit, he is for hope and change, well NOW I will vote for Obama'

Anyone???

In Northeast Philly, mind you.

Its against the regulations to even wear a shirt with a political message on it.....but these regs. are ignored by the lefties....

Ehhh, no you are wrong.

So you support forcing your morality on local governments? In Ditzy's book, or certain sections of it, that makes you a lieberal.

Oh look at that, not one day since you wrote that crap in the "Confused Libertarian" thread and here you are supporting forcing your "morals" on local/state governments. You are wrong, shithead. The definition of electioneering is at the state and local level and apparently pretty vague in Pa, but I don't think it would include being seen outside of a polling place.

This is from 2008 but apparently still pending.

This is probably just more information that came in to Ditzy via spam.

And this is not just about stopping local/state government from violating the rights of individuals, you apparetnly support the denial of individual rights by the Federal government.

Not if they are trying to influence the voters.....only black people are allowed that conduct.

Electioneering laws vary greatly and especially those attempting to regulate what might be considered passive electioneering.

The news report did not say anything about whether he was influencing voters. It did not even indicate if he was stationary outside the polling place. For all I know, from that biased article, he was seen exiting/entering the polling place. For racist trash like you and Dixie that would be enough to make an issue of it and spread it around through spam.
