Under Reagan, Amnesty was issued in 1988, and obviously it did not work. We controll the House, so we give the orders...read my lips, no Amnesty no how, no way...done that, alreadfy did that. Since the Latinos wanted Obama, then they can have him, minus The House of Representatives. If you Latinos would have helped elect Romney, then and only then would some form of immigration reform go through, butt now no way. The Country will have to temporarily go down the tubes, butt will come back up in 2016 with I hope another run with Romney and Marco Rubio this time, my original choice for Vice Prez, that all my friends knew that I made.

The GOP is not losing the latino vote because of illegal immigration. That is a myth. Anyone who thinks that is a complete imbecile. Soon the demalquedacrat party will have to sacrifice some of its favorite children.

What is going to be interesting to watch is what happens in the demalquedacrat party when the latinos start to overtake the blacks as a percentage of the vote. The blacks may not feel the love. Also, it would appear that based on the tenuous coalition that the demalqeudacrat party has cobbled together that John Kerry was probably the last white guy the demalquedacrats will ever nominate

1) No benefits for illegal immigrants. No food stamps. No voting. No drivers licenses. No college. No public schools. No welfare. NOTHING
2) Make it illegal for employers to hire illegal aliens. Fine them $100,000 for everyone they hire

Guess what? They will self deport. Problem solved.

Here is a thought experiment for you.

Someone breaks into your house and steals your iPad. They give it to their child as a gift. The child doesn't know any better. The police catch the person. Should they take the iPad back from the child to return it to you? Or should the child get to keep the iPad because it was a gift and it was of not fault of the child that she was given a stolen iPad?

How is it a red herring? I asked what he would do about the children born in the US and he totally ignored my point. It was scintillatingly obvious that he wasn't aware that they are automatically US citizens. I had to look that up myself, yet a US citizen was totally unaware of that fact. Are you saying that he has an absolute right to blow shit out of his posterior without recourse to the actual facts? There is too much of that shit already on here, so why are you defending the prick?

Ok, anyone who has been here say three years and who has a clean police record would get green cards to work, but only after all the illegal alian Latinos came forward and declared themselves as illegals. They woukld all be fingerprinted and retina scanned and placed in a binder(LOL) If they wanted to become citizens, they could apply and get in line like My Mom did for instance, it took her 13 years to get hers. During the 13 years, the green card alien has to not commit any crimes, otherwise they lose their place in line. If the crime is serious, they lose everything and are deported. Everyone would be fingerprinted and retina scanned and any attemps to vote would negate any prospects of future citizenship along with a jail term and deportation. Any emplorer caught hiring illegals would be guilty of a felony. If the green carder did go into the Military, that would speed up the citizenship process. If anyone was caught crossing the border, they would be fingerprinted and retina scanned and then it's impossible to get a green card or citizenship in the future because they were bad. Now that is how to play Alamo hardball.

Don't you think, in 2016, that the voters will know who stalled all progress? Don't you think the voters will see who refused to allow anything to get done? Don't you think the voters will see this as nothing more than a temper tantrum by a group of petulant children masquerading as leaders?

If you expect the nation to see you as leaders, then fucking lead them somewhere besides farther down. Time to step up.

Oh, and there were 12 years with a republican in the White House after Reagan. Nothing was done about illegal immigration then either. So don't try and make this about liberals.

Ya know the thing that the wingnuts don't want to recognize about illegal immigration that just simply drives Latinos insane is that it takes two to tango. Without illegal employment where assholes exploit poor Latinos for substandard wages in shit jobs nobody else wants there is no illegal immigration problem. Amnesty has to be on the table. Even Reagan was smart enough to know that. That's why it was one of his last acts as President.
