I know full well who you were talking to but I am a defender of all mentioned, other than Rootbeer, myself and I felt compelled to respond. Black? What makes you think that? BAC made the very same mistake.

Likely because you use the n word, something generally reserved for blacks or racists.

"n word"? Do you mean "nigger"? BAC uses it in even polite conversation. He even uses it to address other people then dares them to address him likewise. Feel free to express yourself.

Let's step back and take a breath, Rune. You and I have agreed on hundreds of issues and have gotten along very well, I thought. I have a very different opinion on this issue than you, obviously. I was not rude to you on the outset. You somehow think I should accept your rudeness, however. I won't. I hope we can rise above that.

You seem to be concerned about "due process". In the case of an American that has renounced his citizenship, joined forces sworn to kill Americans and destroy American assets, in other words become an enemy of the United States, our Supreme Court has ruled that they have no expectations of any due process or any other rights that might be afforded to the average American. Some seem to be confused about all this. I am not.

If you continue to insult me and/or my intelligence on this subject I will have my fun with you but in all seriousness I will pretty much put you in the same boat with the very insane and in great need of professional counseling, blackascoal. He has some of you fooled. Not me.

Where were you on the argument that those who were never even American citizens yet conspired to kill Americans should be given due process such as those fine fellows at Gitmo? I seem to remember that Obama and Holder wanted to put those fine fellows through civilian courts and claimed that they deserved the same due process.

Do you see the contradiction?

The question isn't necessarily whether or not we should kill them with drones. The question is whether this is too arbitrary. How does one know that someone has renounced citizenship and joined Al Queda? Is there a form they fill out that we have access too?

I know people hate the slippery slope arguments, but if ever there was one, this would be it.

Attorney General Eric Holder specifically endorsed the constitutionality of targeted killings of Americans, saying they could be justified if government officials determine the target poses “an imminent threat of violent attack.”

Again, show how a 16 year old child was an imminent threat of violent attack.
This was murder, in cold blood, and you support it.

A sixteen year old is hardly a child.

Thank you brother .. I had indeed read it as I've read much of what Greenwald has written on the subject. Thanks for not letting the thought that I'd read it stop you from posting it. The dissemmination of credible information bridges the gaps between political ideologies of sound-minded people.

I think we can all agree that killing innocent children is not a good thing .. and I'm sure that those of us not under Obamahypnosis can agree that no president should be able to murder anyone they want just because they can.

anytime, I figured worse case it added more to the discussion, if others read the piece. It is amazing how fast the two sides can change on the topic. It really isn't far left/far right but more so rabid Dems and rabid Reps that see no evil within their respective parties.

BAC? Manly? Gentlemanly? Hardly. He and his brother/sister shit is fake from the word go. His racial being and subsequent deep seated complexes about his racial make-up are at least worthy of some medicinal/psychiatric intervention. He feels like a "nigger" and just dares someone to call him that. He bleeds and sweats inferiority. Insanity from the beginning with him. On the other hand, he feels quite comfortable insulting anyone he chooses and then playing the race card. Fuck him. Really. I know what I'm talking about.

Liberal racists strike again. You could not be more wrong about BAC.

I have defended Poet and Darla and there was a time that I defended BAC. I don't know Rootbeer. I prefer Dos Equis. In the cases of Poet and Darla I am still proud of my defenses for them and I would do it again. In the case of BAC, he thinks I am just another "nigger", like him.

Perthaps you mother is a nigger.

I'm not.

You're right .. I have a better idea.

I understand that I can ban posters from threads that I create .. if so, that racist fuck is outta here.

Unfortunately you can only ban (I think) when you first create the thread. That said, one can always IA him or just ignore the obvious attempts to drag you into the gutter with him.

BAC? A nigger? LMAO!!

You obviously haven't been paying attention.

How does the timing demonstrate that it was leaked by the Administration as opposed to a member of one the Congressional inteligence committees who wanted a public airing of the document and saw that opportunity in the Brennen confirmation process? Seriously. What's the upside to the Administration airing this in the midst of a confirmation process? I don't see it.

You can believe whatever fills you with incoherent rage.

Yes, I think it was leaked by someone similar to what you describe. Now whether it was a liberal who wanted this to be public for good reason, or a conservative who did it just to eff with the adminstration, who knows. I'm glad it was leaked the people should know.
