well to some extent yes.
One family lost a job and I forgave one half a months rent and allowed them to stay one month free so they could have time to find a new place they could afford and move.
It was a young family + their mother.
wonderful people who meant me no harm and just ran up against the tuff times we all saw a few years back.
You can try to squeeze blood out of a turnip but its best to just treat people like human beings and keep your losses to t minimum.

I would shop for the house and he would come in and say YEAH that's a great one lets buy it.
