1) Yes, as owners of the company, they get to decide what benefits to provide
2) No, it does not violate the rights of their employees as no one is forcing their employees to:
a) use the company insurance plan
b) not buy contraceptives
c) not buy a supplemental or replacement plan
Not to mention the employee can choose to work elsewhere.
Yeah, he forget the ". . . AND GET OFF MY LAWN" part.
You know why you are full of shit?
Most everyone counts the company paid portion of their health plan as compensation. Most of the jobs my ex wife had paid about like this; taxes 1/3 health insurance 1/3 and take home pay1/3. (You might think she was a teenager working at Wallmart for that to be the case, but she actually had a master's degree in Social Work and social workers are undervalued in today's society)
So Simplefreak, How many people want to relinquish up to 1/3 of their pay for the freedom of buying their own plan which covers contraceptives?
As usual your jibberish, though oft repeated is meaningless.
As to your last and least credible of all comment; Really? Good paying jobs are in surplus are they, you disingenuous freak?

I see...so since my insurance is part of my compensation the Corporation can pay or not pay me that compensation based on their religious beliefs? This does not allow corporations to enforce their religious views on their employees. The employees still have the right to go out and buy insurance plans on their own that cover contraceptives... or they can simply pay for the contraceptives themselves. Nothing is stopping them from doing so.

you seem to be neglecting that the ammendment reads "CONGRESS shall pass no law...". You make moot points talking about entities other than the body being restricted.I see. So they have the right to enforce their religious views on their employees cause they are a privately owned company? Since when? Doesn't that violate the rights of their employees?
Bravo, true to form picks the least credible right wing argument and runs with it.And if you don't agree with the company's compensation plan for the labor you provide, don't accept the job....its really as simple as that....
If you're in a position to 'negotiate' your salary compensation...then negotiate for exactly what your demands are, or shove off to greener pastures...
Or.....take wtf you can get and like it....

Its a good thing BO is focus3d like a laser on jobs and all that stuff was Bush's fault... oh wait Bush was years and years ago and there are still no jobs despite the no rest (not counting golf and vacations) and laser focus.Bravo, true to form picks the least credible right wing argument and runs with it.
Look moron; There is a scarcity of good paying jobs....there are many with no jobs at all who desperately want to work. This fact makes your argument not just meaningless, stupid and irrelevant, but also a ginormous insult to Americans, the most productive workers in the world.

You misunderstood. Once you have apologized and shown proper contrition, I may choose to clarify.

Single-payer would resolve these conflicts quite nicely.
Superfreak skewered here so badly I feel that I should look away
