Teflon Don
I'm back baby
Let the spin begin
In Clinton's time, the house felt that Clinton should be impeached and they did so... because they thought it was the right thing to do. The senate, on the other hand, found him not to have committed the high crimes and misdemeanors with which the house charged him.... because they thought THAT was the right thing to do. If Boehner and his buddies truly believed that Obama should be impeached, it would seem to me to be truly cowardly of them to NOT do so simply because they were not assured of a conviction in the senate. But then, there is a reason why the house of representatives has the lowest approval rating ever in the history of that body.
Your[sic] saying the House has the lowest approval rating ever in the history of that body because they won't impeach Obama ?
You're insane....
There is an intelligent answer.
But here is the thing, Sink, by getting as close as she has to winning, and possibly winning... she will have produced a formula for beating the current Republican formula for winning this November.
The Republicans have thrown their arsenal at her and she has remained at a dead heat with the Republican. Democrats who want to win need to follow her formula and they will likely have at least an even chance...
Sink is not a great candidate, she lost to the awful candidate and awful governor Scott.

Republican wins; what does this portend for the "situation" Republicans are facing this November Counselor?

I'll admit I wasn't even aware of this race and haven't followed it until today. But look at the spin you give it here. Trying to argue that if it's close it will show you can't run against Obamacare? And that Sink was some type of underdog? Now look at how others viewed it:
Republican David Jolly wasn't expected to win Tuesday's special election. But he capitalized on an increasingly favorable political environment for the GOP
The results from tonight's Florida special election are serving as a wake-up call to nervous Democrats concerned the president's health care law is shaping up to be a major burden for their party in 2014. Despite recruiting the party's favored candidate, outspending Republicans and utilizing turnout tools to help motivate reliable voters, Democrat Alex Sink still lost to Republican lobbyist David Jolly – and it wasn't particularly close.

And look at this article from Jan 9th talking about the race.
""But fundamentals are only a small part of the Democratic advantage in the district this year. Campaign-related factors should strongly benefit the Democrats, as well.""

Sink was an underdog to a degree, the county is a republican leaning county to start with and there were issues with sink not being a county resident. She also had the stigma of running a failed Gov Race.
Im not making any excuses for her, just stating some facts. Is this a huge indicator for nov. I just dont know. I do believe the democrats are the underdog for nov
My guess is that Jarod will say that this election "means nothing" and was won on "local issues" and there was "low turnout" and it was an "off year election" and that this is PROOF that the GOP should not run against Obamacare even though Jarod admits Obamacare is bad legislation.
He'll even Obama thinks it is bad legislation because he keeps delaying it
I thought the lp guy got a pretty big chunk. Was that anticipated ?

I don't know what it means, the fact that it was close means that the Democrats are not in as bad a place as many would say, but the Republican win, despite the slight advantage Sink had in the polls means that the Republicans have the clear edge in enthusiasm and turnout.

IDK, Randall Paul got involved and urged Republicans not to support the Libertarian candidate.
