It's not atheists its religious fundamentalists.

Bullshit, he wanted to rid the world of what he deemed less than deserving. He and the Nazi Party subscribed to Nietzsche's philosophy. As all indepth biographies have concluded, and as the previous link I posted surmised, Hitler played political lip service to the Church and that is all.

Explain, if you can, how Nietzsche's philosophy differs from that of Ayn Rand.

I'll understand if you can't.

He had the misguided notions that he was ridding the world of the Christ killers. There have been many misguided people throughout history that did atrocious things thinking they were doing the will of God.

You're reading too much into his propaganda. There's nothing in MK that indicates Hitler had a spiritual bone in his body. Pretty much just the opposite in fact: he was a heartless bastard and a demagogue. Hitler's hatred of Jews was just unadulterated hatred and not born out of any religious writings. That he sought to justify it with his perverted interpretation of the NT doesn't mean he thought he was doing Gods work---if he even believed in God or the New Testament.

Also, in a more pragmatic sense, the Jews provided a convenient scapegoat for the German economy which was a disaster during Hitlers rise to power.

In contrast, antisemitism is native to the Koran---at least in places.

In Mein Kampf, Hitler makes a number of religious allusions, claiming to be "acting in accordance with the will of the Almighty Creator" and to have been chosen by providence. In a 1922 speech he said,"My feelings as a Christian points me to my Lord and Savior as a fighter who recognized these Jews for what they were and summoned men to fight against them." In a 1928 speech, he said: "We tolerate no one in our ranks who attacks the ideas of Christianity, in fact our movement is Christian.

No, Hitler was not a good Christian, but it did heavily influence him, so you are greatly mistaken.

Hitler's propaganda is still effective over half a century later....

Ignoring his words and propaganda photographs, Hitlers actions and ideology suggest a kind of paganism: Aryian supremacy is not a scientific belief [in spite of Nazi 'evidence' for it] but a religious or faith-based belief. It's no where to be found in European Catholicism or Protestantism of the last century.

Rather, it was the product of a reprobate mind.

At the root of it is rank racism and not religion: the idea that ones own tribe or race is superior to all others. That is absolutely contrary to what the bible clearly says [ALL men are created in the image of God] and it's logical extension which 'coincidentally' found its way into our founding documents---ALL men are created equal.

Which goes to demonstrate that even when Christianity is perverted, the perversion doesn't last because it contradicts the fundamental principles of the religion.

Regardless of what he said or who he was photographed with, Hitlers actions demonstrate that he was no Christian.

Hitler also claimed some where in a MK that no one would suffer religious persecution under National Socialism and we know how that turned out. Hitler not only killed millions of Jews but thousands of Protestants and Catholics as well. Pretty much anyone who got in the way of the state. A fact which places him way more in line with Stalin, Mao or Pol Pot than the Pope.

It's largely a book of lies. It's kind of like quoting the Protocols of Zion. And you won't actually learn that much about Nazism or what Hitler was really thinking from reading it.

Are you kidding me, the whole Old Testament is based on the idea of one tribe being superior to the other, and the Christians believe their is no salvation unless you believe in Jesus, so you are absolutely mistaken about the Bible. It may make the claim the all were created in the likeness of Yahweh, but that unless you believe as the Bible states, you are not equal to those that do.

The Founders didn't truly believe that all men were created equal, they didn't give women or blacks rights.

There are many people who demonstrate they aren't Christian in their acts and deeds, but they still claim to be of the faith.

All of humanity is descended from Adam. So how can one group be superior to another? Lots of people, even Christians, are confused about Israel being Gods chosen people, but all it means is that God *chose* to reveal Himself to the Jews....for reasons only God knows. Not that they are superior to anyone else.

The bit about founders being slave owners doesn't mitigate the fact they believed all men were created equal. An idea they got from Jude-Christian religious philosophy.

You seem to know what Hitler really thought better than he did.

Does your mullah know you are clairvoyant, or are you simply desperate to ignore Hitler's own words in your jihad to sow fear among the American "infidels", Muslim?

Equal meaning if a man is black, he's a slave?

The Christian Bible supports slavery, as does your Koran, jihadist.

for future record, when I point out your are an ignorant fool for saying the Bible supports slavery and you say "where did I say that".......its here.......
