Trump no longer supports abortion. People change positions on social issues as life carries them along. He has stated he's not a single payer supporter, but would like to look at all options that could undo Obamacare, including the McCain proposal of co-operatives.

He is a populist candidate. He's not political, but the #NeverTrump voters are going to hand the court over to Hillary and the progressives. This will likely result in diminished religious freedoms and 2nd amendment freedoms.
