Are there any current events, other than Trump, that matter to JPP liberals?

Yeah, I see lots of Hillary threads, but nothing like quantity from the liberals about Trump. Thing says quantity matters.

We have ISIS, gas prices rising, Obamacare not working as promised, etc, but all I see on this board from liberals are - Trump is a pervert.

The focus on Trump's personal life is hugely ironic given how liberals were so steadfast (many still are) that a politicians private life (read sex scandals) do not effect their ability to govern. Now, all of a sudden it matters.

I know election day is close, the obsession with Trump's personal life and his crude comments is puzzling. Trump can be and should be taken down for his massive lies and flip flopping. Also, his vindictiveness towards anyone who opposes him. For example, he has gone after private citizens with a vengeance on Twitter. His actions/words on Twitter sealed the deal for me. I will never vote for such a thin skin bully.

Bill Clinton was the Teflon Don because he didn't pay much, if any, attention to accusations against him. Trump is so petulant that if anyone dare say a bad word against him, he goes on a Twitter (yes Twitter) rampage. No way would I ever want such an insecure fool to be president. He has served his purpose in breaking up the GOP and the establishment as a whole. If this means Hillary becomes president, so be it. I don't trust the guy to be president at all. Unfortunately, I don't trust Hillary at all.
 
Because I want Grind to get some self-esteem in life, I am thinking of writing him in for president. Maybe he can do something meaningful other than being a petulant insecure moderator who doesn't follow the rules set by the board he moderates.

With the election looming, and the Supreme Court poised to either represent the people, or corporations/religious zealots, this really is the most newsworthy issue.

As for the fact that Washington is a joke? Yea...this is ridiculous.

if the "conservative" Roberts court has upheld Obamacare/gay marriage/ affirmative action in admissions-
while trying to uphold religious freedom..what would you change?

I know only two liberals, but with Trump dragging the good name of your Country through the shit and threatening to destroy all standards of political debate, I'd have thought all decent people would be throwing everything into showing him up for the unutterably dreadful scumbag he is, but I suppose you don't know any of those.
