Trump is limited... Good news.

Trumps Tweet, (comma splice not withstanding) was good news for those of us who feared he would not follow the rule of law.

Many of Trumps comments and personality traits led me to believe he was a tyrant who knew no bounds. He acts like he does not care about anything or anyone who disagrees with him and will not respect any such limits on him actions.

However his Tweet last night was good news.

"SEE YOU IN COURT, THE SECURITY OF OUR NATION IS AT STAKE!"

That seemingly defiant tweet is a subtle acknowledgement of the rule of law and authority of the Court. Trump could have said, "The security of our nation is at stake" and then instructed his departments to enforce the ban anyway. We would be facing Constitutional crisis and a Coup D'etat, as I have previously mentioned in other threads.

In that one Tweet, grammar aside, Trump recognized and reaffirmed the authority of the Court even when the Nations security is at stake. I dont know if that was his intention, but even so, I am happy with the result.

Only brain dead twits like you could celebrate the farcical decisions of the most overturned court in the nation. They don't call it the ninth circus for nothing.

But if you're a low information dimwit hypocrite on steroids, you celebrate making the country less safe and the lies coming from the illegal alien left who desperately want to make AmeriKa less safe and turn it into Venezuela.

Dunce. Any attacks/blood caused by those here under false pretenses until this stupidity is overturned by the Supreme Court is on the heads of Democrats and leftTards.

The 9th did a John Bonham job on Trump.

The point is, Trump is sticking with the Courts, even when he claims the national security is at risk.

His people must be complete amateurs if they did not see this coming with the Ban.

I prefer liberty to safety. But then again, I am not afraid of the bogyman.

This TRO business came about because on the campaign trail Trump made improvised claims and promises about immigration. He also made the rookie mistake of promising to take action "on day one". He never stopped to think about preparing those executive orders in advance and checking them confidentially with his own legal staff and the GOP leadership in Congress. This was rash. Trump doesn't seem to realize the difference between applying for a job and running the company. The former is understandable because he has never had to apply for job. He has spent his entire adult life running the family business his father gave him. As if that weren't limitation enough, his family business is in the hospitality industry, personal products branding, and real estate investment. This is a real enough economic sector but it has little to do with manufacturing or energy, sectors that are critical to his promises. To top it off, he has picked his cabinet and advisor team as if he were casting a reality TV show, leaving him almost completely devoid of top people with on-the-job experience in the departments they are now running.

I remember during the campaign when I said a Muslim ban would be unconstitutional, people here argued.

This is a hugely watered down version of what was first proposed and we are facing serious questions as to if it is Constitutional.

They saw it coming Counselor; but Trump is concerned about American citizens safety and not what a bunch of leftist loonies think and claim.

To believe that the President cannot set immigration policy and that courts can is TBS realm of lunacy the DNC is descending to and why Democrats have been on a losing streak the last eight years.

But alas, lying leftists don't care about lawlessness and terrorists; they have a country to destroy and by golly, they're going to keep trying until they no longer have ANY political power.

Dumb.

Wrong again shit-for-brains; poor American citizens who are again placed at risk. But alas, you're a low IQ dullard on steroids and lack the intelligence it takes to tie your shoes every morning.

Dunce.

Tell us about all the American deaths at the hands of refugees.
Oh, none.
Idiot.
Fuck off and die.

Welcome

The 9th Dist. Circus decisions have been overturned over 80% of the time and there is no reason to think this decision will be different....

so rejoice while you can.....

He who laughs last, laughs best....

maybe if the Dem's didn't obstruct his AG, they would have known to exempt green cards?
Which is really all that is wrong with the XO -the crap about "Muslim ban" notwithstanding

and no he cannot just ignore the courts!
