Roy Moore's attorney holds news briefing

LOL, true enough...I've heard on various newscasts that no one can find anybody from that time who can confirm this 'mall-banning' tweet.

How about this guy?

"Greg Legat, who worked at the mall in the 1980s, told Bethea that he remembers Moore was banned from the shopping center starting around 1979. Legat recalled that the mall was often “filled” with unchaperoned teens.

A local police officer, J.D. Thomas, reportedly often asked Legat to keep an eye out for Moore. ”‘If you see Moore here, tell me. I’ll take care of him,’” Legat remembers Thomas telling him, according to The New Yorker."

"Told"..."remembers"...."recalls"..."reportedly"....:rofl2:

That would make you a machine.

And this mall employee was the only person who knew about it? He didn’t tell his neighbors and relatives and word didn’t spread around town that THE Roy Moore [the one that makes national news] was kicked out of the mall for nefarious reasons? How do you keep something like that secret for so long?

Let me add that the local reporters suck lol.

True, that would have been BIG news, even at least a minor story in the local newspaper one would think.

The reporters who wrote the first story interviewed 30 people for their story.

Moore ran for governor at least once if not twice. That’s big politics even in AL. And it ‘just now’ comes out he was stalking teens at the mall in the late 70’s—-and the cops were even aware of it.

There’s certainly room for skepticism in that.

I haven't seen you express any skepticism about Moore - and there is a lot more justification for it there.

You have never lived in a small town back in the 70’s, authority figures were often talked about in secret and never mentioned in the media.

Awfully strange that a well-known and influential man like Moore would be on "double-secret probation" without any record of it.
