It’s somewhere between very possible and quite likely, that there was an attempt [and it’s still ongoing] to subvert US politics and Trump was definitely not let in on it.

I thought international terrorism and espionage were "intelligence-community concerns". Perhaps the "intelligence-community" in question should recuse itself from such "concerns" if any of its operatives are found to be openly partisan. Oh, wait...

I gather from your avoidance of my question that you are willing to stipulate that there is nothing criminal in foreigners having social media accounts, and there is no legal bar to a foreigner "buying advertising".

Perhaps you have some evidence of this alleged "divisive advertising".
