It's become as American as apple pie and baseball,

But we don't have a problem with guns in America

We don't have enough guns, you see.
If we had enough guns, every waffle house in America would be safe.
Our thoughts and prayers go out the every waffle house that doesn't have enough guns.

Do you ever ask yourself what has changed in this country? Are you even interested in self introspection, or will you continue the standard leftist position of, it's always somebody else's fault?

That's what america was built on. Look at the middle east for example. We've been destabilizing the region ever since WWII all the while blaming someone else.

Nah, you can look up forty years, I'll just give you last year's

https://everytownresearch.org/gun-violence-by-the-numbers/

Before you start comparing it to auto deaths, keep in mind that autos primarily purpose ain't to kill something, also, the auto is used quadruple times in one hour more than all the guns in America are used in a year, probably forty years not counting wars

And if you are next going to tell us next gun deaths have declined while gun sales has increased, forget that also, you can't prove causation, especially considering there exists an array of variables that explain it better

Keep in mind, the vast majority of guns are not used to kill people either. The vast majority are used for other purposes. But are you honest enough to admit that?

We don't have a DUI problem either, but liberals never talk about that.
Sure, I’ll talk about it, I agree with the Alaska ID requirement that if you are habitual in drinking and driving, you have identifying marks on your ID and can’t legally buy alcohol or be served alcohol.

the laws against it have greatly reduced the problem
What makes you think so? More people die each year from traffic accidents, often due to DUI, than from gun violence (not including suicide).

lets do some gun laws to greatly reduce the problem
Again, if you look at the Western Hemisphere, we've got one of the lowest homicide rates, yet most other countries in the hemisphere have very strict gun laws. Obviously, stricter gun laws don't address he root problems.
