I'm not sure what you mean about the "right" being evil in the same situation....but I'll be happy to respond if you clarify...

Yep. I didn't see any nasty comments about Mrs. Bush from ppl here on the Left. Of course it's possible that there were some that I missed, but by and large everyone was sympathetic. It's sickening to see them turn on McCain like they are. What do you want to bet that they voted for him in 2008?

He was shot down 3 months after taking a combat position. The next 5 1/2 years was as POW. How is that honorable when such a small percentage of your time was spent actually fighting and a large percentage of it groveling.

Good point. She could also address the quotes in Zappa's signature, if death wishes and mocking people's health conditions is so concerning.

Evidently death wishes are only concerning when she thinks someone on the left is making them.

Many people here have said they can't wait for old (white) racists to die off. Here we have that happening with McCain yet people are upset about others talking bad about him?

Edit: I think the "he's dying anyway" comment is sickening - yet that doesn't take away many think he's a racist
