I do have to say that given the incredible range of birth control methods today, it is truly depressing that abortion is still needed. I also know that many abortion clinics in London, Liverpool and Manchester will be sad at losing some of their best customers.

I can't speak for the US but the vast majority of abortions(>90%) in Great Britain are carried out in the first trimester.

You cannot stop abortion. I remember when it was illegal in most states. Desperate girls got back alley abortions. They had to scrape up a few hundred bucks and go to a person they did not know to save them. They were often robbed and beaten. Sometimes the abortion was bad and they would up dead or in emergency. Many girls did self abortions that went horribly wrong. Girls with money went on short vacations abroad and came back 4 lbs 6 oz lighter.
Abortion permeated the teenage culture. Kids tried to find sources they could trust. The law did not stop them. just made them more dangerous. Why you people want to go back there, I cannot imagine. Keep your morality to yourself. Not your bodies.
