Jarrod Ramos - Cowardly mass Murderer at Capital Gazette in Annapolis

Damn....I must be "slurring" my writing again. Ya got me sport. Should I stick out my arms, touch my nose and write a straight line for you? My dog bites ya know? I simply can't comprehend how the left (filled with so many prognosticators and mental giants) lost the election when Hillary was a 95% lock as prognosticated. Again I am going to have stop slurring my words when I WRITE. I must be a drunk and there is no need to actually retort to a drunk...no? Or are you just tired of having your ass handed to you when you are exposed as the mental midget YOU ARE?

Drunken rambling again, Ralphie.

True, most media are too corrupt and disgusting to care about lives being saved. Yes there is the internet that would leak shooters name, but that would be a fraction of the notoriety from 24/7 cable and evening news.

Well, this shooter is refusing to talk, ... and tried to keep his identity secret from the police and media. So this case is a bit different than your typical infamy seeker.

And what context would "very fine people on both sides" be? There were only two sides involved. The neo-Nazis and their protesters.

We''' wait.

Both sides ... as in those who wanted to keep the historic monuments in place ... and those that wanted to erase and destroy democrat party history.

How many of those neo-Nazis chanting "Sig Heil" and "Blood and Soil" do you suppose were "very fine people", Adolf?

Well, Hitler, none ... it was a National level march, ... and all you could muster was 1500 awful socialists. While millions of Americans would have liked to see the statues stay, as a constant reminder of the awful past of the democrat party. Never forget.

There's usually a library very close for those that can read, Adolf. But, you illiterates probably do require icons for your "history".

Do they even have libraries in Appalachia, dimwit?

And a Reuters reporter was reprimanded for linking it to Trump.

There's no question that some RWers have advocated violence against reporters.

"Milo [Yiannopolous] reportedly told an Observer reporter, “I can’t wait for the vigilante squads to start gunning journalists down on sight.”

Even President Trump himself employed violent rhetoric and trolling tactics during his campaign — doxxing Lindsey Graham on Twitter and repeatedly calling for violence against protesters at his rallies.

While it would be a clear exaggeration to claim that Donald Trump and the alt-Right necessarily caused Thursday’s shooting, it’s notable that Jarrod Ramos was seemingly supportive of Trump’s ideas, and defended him on Twitter while delivering a veiled threat to the Gazette.

He did tweet about Trump in 2015. The tweet was in reference to a columnist for the Capital Gazette calling Donald Trump, who was then a candidate, “unqualified.”

" ... In the 2011 column about the harassment charge, Hartley identified Jarrod Ramos as a U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics employee with no previous criminal record and a degree in computer engineering.

The harassment case centered on an online relationship Ramos tried to kindle with a former high school classmate. Hartley’s column said Ramos sent a friend request on Facebook to the woman, and the experience turned into a “yearlong nightmare.” Ramos allegedly wrote the woman and said she was the only person who ever said hello to him or was nice to him in school.

Ramos then allegedly called her vulgar names and told her to kill herself
, Hartley wrote. He allegedly emailed the bank where she worked to get her fired. Ramos pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor harassment charge, receiving probation from a judge who called his behavior “rather bizarre,” the column said.

Ramos’ subsequent defamation suit against The Capital worked its way through the Maryland courts until 2015, when the state’s second-highest court upheld a ruling in favor of the newspaper.

The day after the ruling was issued, the Twitter account in Ramos’ name used the same words it would again Thursday: “F--- you, leave me alone.”

We have all the other trappings of a banana republic, I don't see this as much of a surprise, and fully expect things to get worse along these lines. C'mon, we barely turned around children is cages, we all know where this will go unless some critical mass of the public engages in nonparticipation and noncooperation.

No one can rationally argue with any of that. It’s just that we've discarded coherence for spectacle.

Holocaust study: Two-thirds of millennials don't know what Auschwitz is

Apr 12, 2018 - Two-thirds of American millennials surveyed in a recent poll cannot identify what Auschwitz is, according to a study released on Holocaust Remembrance Day that found that knowledge of the genocide that killed 6 million Jews during World War II is not robust among American adults.
