People, Regular American People of all hues, nationalities, races, and all social economic background, run the voting stations, some out of their garages. Our schools also double as voting stations. Every employer has to give their employee 2 hours off to vote. They can take it either before or after their shifts. No long lines or closing early in my state.

Her claim it's not about turnout is false. California has very low turnout during off year elections. Progressives complain that as a result it's more the rich, white and wealthy that vote in them. And even though they are democrats they are not as liberal as progressives would like.

She is just making excuses. I'll give Althea credit. He stood up to her and called it as it was. The black vote and youth vote was down in 2016 for democrats. It's a big reason why Clinton lost.

If you knew the areas and neighborhoods, you would know it makes no other sense than to suppress the minority votes.

If the Supreme Court Justices took a look at this, they would know somethings going on fishy down in our little state of Texas too, but they refuse to even take a look, or do away with gerrymandering. Gerrymandering is already illegal they just refuse to rule against states that use it.

Plus he never had real job in the real world, kinda like Bama, another ideologue. He was a youth organizer for the liberal group People for the American Way. (great...another "organizer") He went to Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, stayed after graduation and in 2003, at the age of 23, became the youngest person elected to the city commission. In 2014, he was elected mayor. And, Tallahassee is a mess.
