Respectfully disagree. Not many people scratch their heads while making an OK sign. I bet he was interviewed by personnel. If it was just a random
body movement, he would have protested his innocence, perhaps issued a non- apology apology. That being said I could have looked at the camera and stared straight
faced and given that sign or a thumbs up. I would be completely innocent, but not now. Somebody corroborated he was "in the know" about that new
affiliation. I have a friend who is a cop in the felony jail here. He knows all the signs. And he knows when someone is communicating. They didn't just ax
this guy, they must be relocating him or something pending an investigation.

I sure hope nobody here is offended that a federal employee cannot issue white power signs while on the job, I sure hope that's not what I'm hearing. I guarantee
that argument won't be made anywhere at any level of authority. I would not doubt the ACLU might take up his cause, however. They take up all sorts
of unpopular causes and reprehensible behavior at the alter of free speech. It's sort of their job to do that.
