While 65 women who knew Kavanaugh in high school have come forward to vouch for his character as a gentleman, Ford's lone word is the only claim against him. Heck, there are more testimonials as to Ford’s alleged insanity than there are regarding Kavanaugh’s alleged impropriety.

No she doesn't. If she didn't come forward 40 years ago, if she didn't come forward over ten years ago when Kavanaugh was confirmed to the Federal bench, then she doesn't get to slander anyone now with unsupported, less than credible accusations today.

But it's immaterial what I think, I am addressing jarods state of mind in this thread. Jarod says he doesn't like what the dems are doing, which implies he doens't believe the woman, because if he did believe her, he'd find the actions of the democrats prudent and necessary. Thus one can only conclude that jarod finds this to be poetic justice in spite of the fact he doesn't believe the accusations and is ok with future allegations of sexual assault/rape/abuse being doubted and undermined for political purposes.

If it came out with absolute proof kavanaugh hard core raped someone, I'd still put him on the bench. Can't take the chance with november coming up. The democrats currently have a 1 in 3 shot to take the senate which is the same chances trump had of winning in 2016. Totally possible. I am not going to let the leftists sabotage the court. The court is everything, and raping chicks doesn't prevent you from interpreting the constitution correctly. The court is everything, no excuses.

I am the only honest person on JPP. I don't care if he murdered someone if he can get away with it. I want originalists on the court, period, because democrats are domestic enemies of the constitution, and this is bigger than any one individual.

Now, if the democrats acted morally and brought this to attention earlier, I would be ok with rescinding his nomination (if it wasn't obvious lies and bullshit) and finding someone else. But now it's too late.
 
Kavanaugh should not only be withdrawn from consideration for SCOTUS, but should also be removed from the Appellate bench as well for lying to Congress.

Typically SCOTUS nominees galvanize the party and consolidate party support. The opposite seems to be the case with Kavanaugh the Rapist.

Absent any history of serial abuse, and given the respective ages and circumstances at the time of the alleged incident—I would dismiss it.
